Coffee, coffee, coffee...
My Coffee Setup
- For pour-over and steeped I use a Baratza Encore burr grinder.
- For espresso I use a Eureka Facile grinder.
- For steeped coffee I use a traditional Bodum French press.
- For espresso I use a Gaggia Classic Pro (2020), no mods (yet).
- Other options: Bialetti stovetop moka-pot.
Currently eyeing or thinking about...
- Aeropress - because I could bring it with me to travel
- Clever drip or a traditional Hario, because pour over is fun too!
